How do you keep track of the action on all your networking sites? Use aggregators.

RSS feeds send the content from any site that offers RSS to one central place.

For example, the OTAN RSS feed will put all the OTAN news stories in your aggregator, which could be Google Reader, My Yahoo, or many others.

Google Reader is a commonly used aggregator.

If you use Yahoo as your homepage, you can have RSS feeds organized there.
